What is important is we keep up with new technology developments, then help our client's extract the benefits to support their business operations.
What is your reponse time to client calls? 2 hours or less. It's in writing. That could be a phone call, a text message, an onsite visit, or a response to an email. When our clients call we respond. The reality is 98% of your calls to our office get answered before the third ring!
Manageable and predictable costs Our model is subscription-based and that means you don't have to worry about surprise bills. We do ask that you commit to the service for at least 12 months so that you can realize the full benefits of the intangible services like remote support, vendor interface, onsite support, scheduled maintenance, and more.
Proactive services Problems happen. We think they most often happen when things are neglected. That's where our proactive service comes in. We check our client's systems the same way your mechanic or dentist does - on a schedule. Plus, our in-house monitoring system alerts us when there are issues between your scheduled checkups.
Access to a computer tech when you need it We run across clients who are afraid to call their tech support provider. They are afraid to bother them. We think this because technicians have a reputation for being cranky, short, and uncaring. We're different! And, you may have to give us a call to find out
We don't keep your info from you With some in our industry, it's standard practice to withhold key usernames and credentials. It's almost as if you can't be trusted with your own informaiton. We don't do that! Just like the computers in your office belong to you, your passwords and credentials are yours too. And, we see no good reason why you shouldn't have complete information to access all of your in-house systems.
